Sunrise Setup

Forward unanswered calls from your Sunrise number to Fonea.

Quick Setup (GSM code)

Works on any Sunrise mobile phone. Takes 10 seconds.

Open your phone's dialer

The standard phone app, as if you were making a call.

Dial the forwarding code

Replace NUMBER with your Fonea phone number:

*61*NUMBER#

This forwards calls after 25 seconds of ringing (default). The call will ring your phone first, giving you time to answer.

Press the call button

You'll hear a confirmation tone. Done!

Optional: Also forward when busy

If you want the AI to pick up when you're on another call:

*67*NUMBER#

Prepaid customers

Unconditional forwarding (*21*) is not available on Sunrise Prepaid. However, forward on no answer (*61*) works normally.

Go to my.sunrise.ch
Navigate to your mobile product
Go to Settings
Find the call forwarding section
Configure Forward on no answer with your Fonea number
Save

Sunrise Landline

Same GSM codes work on Sunrise landline:

*61*NUMBER#

Note: Call waiting and call forwarding cannot be active at the same time on Sunrise landlines. If you have call waiting enabled, disable it first with #43#.

Cost

Call forwarding is free to activate. Forwarded calls are charged at your normal call rates. With an unlimited Swiss calls plan, there is no extra cost.
