Quick Setup (GSM code)

Works on any Swisscom mobile phone. Takes 10 seconds.

Open your phone's dialer

The standard phone app, as if you were making a call.

Dial the forwarding code

Replace NUMBER with your fonea phone number:

*61*NUMBER*11*20#

Press the call button

You'll hear a confirmation tone or see a success message. That's it!

Optional: Also forward when busy

If you want the AI to also pick up when you're already on another call:

Alternative: Set up via my.swisscom.ch
  1. Go to my.swisscom.ch or cockpit.swisscom.ch
  2. Navigate to your mobile product settings
  3. Find Call Settings or Stay Available
  4. Enable Forward on no answer
  5. Enter your fonea phone number as the destination
  6. Set the delay (recommended: 20 seconds)
  7. Save
Swisscom Landline

For fixed-line phones, pick up the handset and dial:

Note: no asterisks between the code and the number on landline.

Cost

Call forwarding is free to activate. You pay for the forwarded call at your normal rates. With an unlimited Swiss calls plan, there is no extra cost. When abroad, roaming rates apply — consider disabling forwarding when traveling.
