Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. fonea is month-to-month with no minimum term. You are not locked in and can cancel at the end of any month. No strings attached.
What is AI call time?
Call time refers to actually spoken minutes — the time fonea talks to a caller. Waiting or silence does not count. 120 minutes typically covers 80–120 incoming calls per month, depending on call length.
What happens if I exceed the included minutes?
Additional minutes are billed at the per-minute rate of your plan. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime — often cheaper than overages.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is free and takes about 30 minutes. We analyse your most frequent calls, build scripts, and connect your calendar — all together with you.
Are prices in CHF?
Yes, all prices are in CHF excluding VAT. Invoices arrive monthly by email.
Which plan fits my business?
